SHARE When cutting into the soil, the share is exposed to hard contact. The key to success lies in the area around the bolt holes. These tend to break if the steel is too hard. Instead of making thicker parts, we invented a unique zone hardening technique to get the perfect results. We make the steel around the bolt holes soft and flexible to absorb shocks and tension. The area around the cutting edge of the share is heat treated to be extremely hard and smooth like glass, giving you a share that lasts longer, with less drag and thus, less power consumption.

REVERSIBLE POINT Similar to the processes used in the production of shares, we use zone hardening for the points, improving the quality of the steel, making it last longer. Around the bolt holes we have a soft and flexible zone, minimizing tension and avoiding breakages. The remainder of the point is hardened to be extremely durable, enabling it to withstand the taxing task of being first into the soil. The result is a point that will last longer than comparable products from our competitors.
