The iXtrack T series offers easy access to the valve panel, chemical inductor, storage locker, clean water tank, filters, pumps and much more! FOR MORE COMFORT AND EASY OPERATION

Easy Accessible Filters The semi-transparant filter bowl provides direct view on the dirt degree of the suction filter without dismounting. A valve at the bottom allows emptying the filter content before removing the bowl to avoid contamination of the hands with chemicals. The self cleaning pressure filter prevents blocking via a continuous flow keeping the filter mesh clean. The undissolved particles are returned into the tank until they are completely dispersed. Storage Locker A storage locker is integrated on the left hand side behind the door allowing you to keep your safety and cleaning equipment or tools with you on the sprayer. An additional storage locker is available (as option) for the right hand side to create even more storage place. EasySet Control Panel The EasySet control panel makes life easy by its intuitive operation. The controls are separated in a suction and pressure side. The valves are well protected behind the door: this keeps the operational area free of dirt and chemicals.

FULLY INTEGRATED CONCEPT

Turbo Agitation System The turbo agitation system keeps the mixture homogeneous during operation and can be easily switched off in case of foam risk or nearly empty tank.

The powerful high pressure agitation with injector nozzles guarantees powerful mixing which you can activate after filling or a long break.

Chemical Inductor The chemical inductor is an integrated part of the tank design. It it located next to the valve panel for easy access. Equipped with a circular rinsing system and waterproof cover, it can be rinsed safely with closed cover. Big quantities of powder and difficult mixtures are injected without any problems within seconds!

Hand Wash Tap You can wash your hands via the hand wash tap which is centrally located on the valve panel.

Clean Water Tank The 460 litre (iXtrack T3) or 620 litre (iXtrack T4/T6) clean water tank is equipped with a level indicator. It can be filled via the opening on the clean water tank as well as by the standard external connection on the EasySet control panel.

Closed Transfer System (Optional) A Closed Transfer System (CTS) ensures a safe,

Hydrant Filling (Optional) A hydrant fill connection with anti return valve for direct filling under pressure is standard. Quick filling on the headland can be done safely and easily. The transport trailer pumps the liquid into the main tank. The booms can stay unfolded for quick resumption of the spraying process. quick and precise way of filling the product in the right concentration as well as integrated cleaning of housing and container. Therefore the use of a CTS limits the main risk of point source contamination into soil or surface water by limiting the risk of product leakage during filling operation. The complete product is used and the cans are completely emptied and cleaned by the CTS system, so only empty and clean cans are left for recycling.

External Washing (Optional) A cleaning kit with a 15 metre hose and a brush, can be connected to the pressure side of the pump. It is allowing precleaning of the sprayer in the field, using water from the clean water tank.

Filling via the Suction Hose (Optional) External aspirated water is filtered first by the filter on the hose and then by the suction filter. In parallel you can already use the chemical inductor to add and premix chemicals.

OPTIMAL STABILITY AND ACCURACY

FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE The iXtrack T series has a low centre of gravity and compact dimensions for higher working speeds, safe transportation and easy parking on the yard. The T series has one central frame which is made out of heavy duty steel, also known as High Strength Low Alloyed, that has higher flexibility and durability to withstand the impacts of modern farming with higher driving speeds in the field as well as on the road. The frame is riveted instead of welded for example, which leads to a very strong and robust construction.

Easy Hitching The drawbar for the iXtrack T3 and T4 is easy to change from top to low linkage or the other way around, depending on the linkage point of the tractor. The iXtrack T6 is available in combination with a low linkage. A fixed or rotating pulling eye or a ball coupling can be added dependent on the linkage type.

Maximum Steering Possibilities The iXtrack T series offers maximum user friendliness and comfort by having a steering axle which contributes to excellent stability in different field conditions. The track width can be changed from 1.50 m (iXtrack T3/T4) or 1.80 m (iXtrack T4 (with 5300 litre tank)/T6) to 2.25 metres. This ensures maximum steering possibilities with a tight turning radius. The mudguards follow the steering angle and offer full protection of the nozzles, also in curves. The combination of small or narrow, but high tyres is ideal in row crops to reduce soil compaction.

Smooth and Suspended The iXtrack T series is equipped with a smooth, suspended parallogram that is active when in the field and in transport. The parallelogram combines optimal stability with soft boom balancing and limited vertical movement to minimise spray height deviations, securing correct crop coverage.

ErgoDrive Headland Management System ErgoDrive headland management is standard equipment for the iXtrack T series. ErgoDrive assists the operator on the headland turns. It is activated by simply switching ON or OFF and ErgoDrive controls all the necessary actions, while the operator can focus on driving safely.

The HSS spray boom combines a minimum of weight with maximum strength and stability. Special hardened Domex steel gives this spray boom a long lasting heavy duty high quality reputation. The aluminium bonding instead of welding of the HSA spray boom range provides a weight saving and gives remarkable strength.

HSS Spray Boom The HSS spray boom is designed for professional use. Its triangular construction provides perfect integration of the stainless steel spray lines, nozzles and nozzle holders and the optimal hose routing where all is well protected. Working widths from 18 up to 40 metres with a variation in different section lengths offer the sprayer adapted to customer demands! For the HSS (30-40 metres) spray boom range, a hydraulic safety break away system is part of the boom design. The hydraulic cylinder between the first and second boom part ensures that the second boom part folds away when the spray boom hits an obstacle in the field, therefore damage to the boom structure is avoided.

HSS-HSA SPRAY BOOMS

HSA Spray Boom The HSA spray boom offers efficient protection of the nozzle holders within the bottom profile. This profile is designed for easy cleaning and much more. With no sharp angles, no liquid and residues can be trapped. The anodised surface protects against corrosion and scratches.

Compact and Stable In transport position the HSA and HSS spray booms fold away nicely over the patented tank design and far away from the tractor cab. The results in a transport width of 2.55 m and a height below 4 m that together with the low gravity point provides excellent stability on the road, as well as in the field.

HC SPRAY BOOM

THE VERSATILE BOOM The HC is a vertically folded steel spray boom. It has been designed for 100% integration of spray lines and nozzles, for light weight and maximum strength. The triangular steel construction and anti-yaw system allows high speed spraying in challenging conditions. As a result this boom is extremely strong and reliable. The parallelogram is full time suspended, during spraying, but also during transport on the road.

Multi-Functional The HC boom is a multi-functional spray boom with the possibilities of one-side spraying and asymmetric and symmetric folding of 3, 4 or 5 boom segments which fit to variable field conditions with narrow or no headlands. It offers multiple folding options for difficult field shapes, varying conditions and obstacles in field or special crop types (vegetable farms).

Safe on the Road The 2.50 m transport width means that even narrow roads and gateways are no obstacle.

Utmost Flexibility The HC boom in combination with Boom Guide Pro or ProActive can offer utmost flexibility because it can create a negative angle and spray boom reduction is possible. This offers additional safety for the full working width in case of obstacles or extreme field conditions.

BALANCING

PERFECT BOOM GUIDANCE

EVEN AT HIGHER SPEED Kverneland offers two different balancing systems to suit different field conditions or circumstances. For the iXtrack T4/T6 in combination with the larger HSS spray booms either a balancing system, especially for flatland conditions can be chosen. Another possibility for the complete HSS, HSA and HC spray boom range is the Kverneland Boom Guide automatic boom height control system which provides excellent guidance in many different and challenging field conditions and crops.

Perfect Balancing in Flatland Conditions An especially designed balancing system for flatland conditions is available for HSS spray booms from 30-40 metres. This system does not require any electronic boom guidance in flatland areas. The advantage is a perfect boom guidance at higher speed and a total respect of the optimal nozzle distance to the crop, which results in highest efficiency of the application and reducing drift to a minimum level.

Excellent Guidance in Challenging Field Conditions and Crops Boom Guide is an automatic boom height control system that helps the operator to maintain the chosen spraying height. Ultrasonic sensors control the sprayer’s hydraulics to guide the boom. There are three different modes possible dependent on the soil or crop: soil mode, crop mode or hybrid mode. The advantage is a perfect boom guidance at higher speed and a total respect of the optimal nozzle distance to the crop, which results in high efficiency in application and reducing drift to a minimum level.

BALANCING

Sensor Modes The Boom Guide system can be adapted to any field conditions, because three different sensor modes can be used: • Soil mode: the sensors only see the bottom of the field. For example, a large weed has not any influence on the boom height. The soil remains representative. • Crop mode: the sensors only see the crop. In a closed crop the sensors continue to automatically follow the crop. • Hybrid mode: the sensors see the crop and the soil. The sensors follow the soil surface and the crop. When the crop is uneven, a uniform crop is virtually determined. This mode can especially be used in unclosed or uneven crops.

Boom Guide ComfortActive Automatic boom height control for the complete boom width. Suitable for flat and mild sloped field conditions. Proportional steering of the central slope correction cylinder is done by two ultrasonic sensors to get the best spraying result.

Boom Guide Pro The system uses three ultrasonic sensors to control left- and right-hand boom wings independently for ultimate guidance in the most challenging field conditions. It can deliver positive and negative lateral movement on each side of the boom to follow the contours in every condition!

This advanced system proactively reacts on boom movement and controls both the central and independent slope correction, as well as boom lift functions to guide the boom over the crop canopy, soil surface or a combination of both modes.

IXCLEAN ®

SAFE AND EASY FILLING AND CLEANING

iXclean ® Basic ENFO ® priming and rinsing is standard on all Kverneland sprayers. Before spraying starts the spray lines are filled with chemicals exactly up to the nozzle by automatic shut off. After finishing or interruption, crop protection agents are automatically flushed out of the spray lines with a minimum of clean water consumption. This ENFO ® technology optimises filling and cleaning of the spray lines. Accurate application, no waste of products and saving water are the benefit for the environment. iXclean ® Plus iXclean ® Plus works with an electric pump which is connected to the clean water tank, the suction side and to tank cleaning/rinsing tank nozzles on the pressure side. The operator can start iXclean ® Plus from the tractor cab, directly in field, when spraying is finished and the main tank is empty or it can be started during spraying and rest liquid can be diluted in the main tank. ENFO ® priming and rinsing is included in the iXclean ® Plus functionality.

iXclean ® Comfort iXclean ® Comfort is a semi-automatic valve control system. The combination of an electrical level indicator and suction valve provides operator comfort and accuracy; automatic filling stops when the programmed level is reached, and remote control of all ENFO ® rinising and priming functions are carried out from the cab! Simply prime the spray lines before you start and rinse them afterwards. iXclean ® Pro iXclean ® Pro means fully automatic electric valve management. It means all functions can be controlled from the cab. Switching between filling, agitation, spraying, diluting, priming, rinsing and tank cleaning is extremely easy. In addition to auto filling, iXclean ® Pro also offers a fully automatic multi-step rinsing and cleaning program with triple dilution for the entire sprayer. By pushing one button, a comprehensive cleaning process, including all lines, will start. It is so thorough, that residue levels after automated cleaning are below 1%.

SPOTSPRAY APPLICATION

SPRAY ONLY WHEN IT IS NEEDED

Variable Rate Application (VRA) has been used already for several years to adapt the application rate of a seeder, spreader or sprayer to specific areas in the field. VRA prescription maps can be created based on soil maps, pictures from a drone or satellite images. The optional SpotSpray application on every Kverneland sprayer with iXspray software is based on prescription maps with zero application rates. Every Crop Deserves the Best Care Based on a predefined prescription map the Kverneland sprayer shuts on and off in combination with the SpotSpray application. This is done based on the predefined sections in the control terminal and can be done in combination with iXflow-E ® , but even with normal section valves on the sprayer. Only designated spots are sprayed, which is particularly helpful when targeting weed spots, thistles, wet areas, non-germinated areas and areas with soil problems. With SpotSpray costs can be saved by reducing the spray liquid to be used and preserving healthy crops from unnecessary treatment. This also means less crop damage. Another benefit is that, based on the area of spots in the VRA map, it is easy to see exactly how much spray liquid is required in the sprayer. Capacity is also increased as more hectares or fields can be covered with one tank of spray liquid. Kverneland FarmCentre With Kverneland FarmCentre it is possible to create and remotely send prescription maps and spray tasks of fields, in a user-friendly way. Additionaly Variable Rate Application maps can be created with a ‘zero’ rate that gives the possibility to use the SpotSpray application in a field in a more precise and easy way.

DAT ECOPATCH AI-VISION SYSTEM PATCH SPRAYING SYSTEM

The DAT Ecopatch, the all-in-one AI-vision system indentifies weed patches and sprays Green-on-Brown and Green-on-Green in real time at the push of a button. Saving money was never as easy as this!

Only Spray where Needed The DAT Ecopatch system uses RGB-LED sensors to identify weed patches, sending a signal to the nozzles to spray only the patch. During operation, the Ecopatch system effortlessly finds the weed spots in the field, spraying only the targeted weed-species. The Ecopatch system has the ability to not only recognize weed from crop, but also identify individual weed species. This allows new possibilities for targeted herbicide applications by using herbicides fitting only to the weeds that are identified by the system in the field.

IXFLOW-E ® or IXFLOW ® -AIR

INCREASE QUALITY AND SAVE COSTS iXflow-E ® is the high pressure recirculation system with electric nozzle control. There is a free circulation of spray liquid with a return back to the tank as spraying stops. This means there is no sedimentation in the spray lines and no dead ends for spraying or cleaning, even when the working width is only partially used. During spraying, the spray line is fed from multiple directions supplying constant pressure to each nozzle, so the operator can immediately start spraying at the set pressure. This is unique technology which is patented by Kverneland.

For Increased Crop Quality and Cost Savings iXflow-E ® is available on the iXtrack T sprayer range in combination with the the HSS, HSA or HC spray booms. It is easy for the operator to program the number and size of sections in order to fit best to their requirements and field situations. The combination of GEOCONTROL ® and GPS allows the operator to reduce overlap and over dosing, to increase crop quality and save costs. All this is in combination with high flow rates, because there is no impact on the section length, no loss of pressure or an unequal flow between sections. iXflow-E ® is also fully compatible with the iXclean ® Pro automatic cleaning system. Rest liquid is sprayed in the field automatically, resulting in a low volume of rest liquid in the sprayer and spot contamination at the farm or in the field is avoided. Precise and Reliable The Kverneland iXflow-E ® electrical ball valve features a robust, electric and stainless steel ball valve, that is very reliable compared to solenoid or plunger valves. Without any wearing parts and the self-cleaning-effect the ball valve stands out in reliability. The ball valve temporarily utilises an extremely low amount of power and provides a high capacity flow in a compact valve design. Kverneland’s electrical valves are CANbus/ISOBUS compatible for Section Control (nozzle by nozzle) or for spot spraying. iXflow ® recirculation is also available as iXflow ® -Air with air operated nozzles with a maximum of 15 sections. Air pressure supply can come from the air brake system.

The Kverneland iXflow-Pulse ® - Pulse Width Modulation - system is available on the complete iXtrack T sprayer range in combination with the heavy duty HSS18-40 metre or HC18-30 metre spray boom range. iXflow-Pulse ® creates the most effective agronomical spraying due to an optimal balance between droplet size, crop coverage and water use, also under changing conditions of speed or application rate.

Optimal Droplet Size for Maximum Efficiency An important factor in precision spraying is to keep a stable nozzle pressure and to find the best balance between droplet size, crop coverage and drift. This results in the optimal droplet size spectrum to reach the desired crop coverage, independent from changing speed or application rate. iXflow-Pulse ® is creating a flexible and fast adjustable opening and closing time of the nozzles. When driving faster the opening time will become longer. When driving slower the opening time gets shorter, but by using iXflow-Pulse ® the right droplet size will be kept.

Stable Spraying Pressure iXflow-Pulse ® takes care of a stable spraying pressure over a wide speed range during variation in application rate. For example, during speed variation at start/stop on headlands or slowing down during turning or when driving and spraying up or down the hill. During spraying in curves there is often overdosing or underdosing. With iXflow-Pulse ® there is a different output from the inner to the outer boom side, dependent on the boom speed, resulting in an equal application rate in every boom segment. Another benefit is that the pressure and flow can be adjusted separately, and during operation. One nozzle can be used for a wider range of applications, which means less changes of nozzles required, saving time and increasing efficiency. There is also the ability to use lower pressure with the same nozzle in challenging or windy conditions.

25 CM NOZZLE DISTANCE

25 CENTIMETRE NOZZLE DISTANCE

IMPROVE CROP COVERAGE AND REDUCE DRIFT The complete HSS steel spray boom range comes as standard with 50 centimetre nozzle spacing. Additional nozzle holders can be added to the spray boom to create 25 centimetre nozzle distance. The 25 cm nozzle distance is required by legislation and confirmed as a low drift technology in a limited number of countries.

Improved Crop Coverage and Drift Reduction The 25 cm nozzle distance will improve the crop coverage and will reduce drift, as it is possible to spray closer to the target area at 30 cm spray height, by keeping an accurate distribution of spray liquid at the correct level with the correct droplet size.

Increase Spray Window Easy switching from 50 to 25 cm nozzle distance means more flexibility during spraying and it creates more time to spray in optimal conditions. In addition, the weather has less of an effect. It is easy to change from 50 to 25 cm nozzle distance or the other way around. The 25 cm nozzle distance is an optional add on, on top of the standard 50 cm nozzle distance for all spray line systems (central sections, iXflow ® -Air and iXflow-E ® ).

Maximum Productivity and Performance

“I have been working in the agricultural sector for about 20 years. We grow cereals and oil seeds with my partner in the region of Vidin in Bulgaria. This year we have bought a Kverneland iXtrack T4 sprayer. Our main requirement was a 36 m spray boom, because of our technology (seeding, spraying, spreading) is based on this working width. Another important requirement was that a track width of 2.80 m should be possible. And most important, that there is section control - switching on and off of boom sections or individual nozzle control. Section Control is an incredible advantage! The Boom Guide Pro system works very well with 5 sensors that provides constant height of the spray boom. We usually spray at a height of 50-60 cm above the crops. This system is very helpfully, especially when spraying in windy weather. For us it is very important that the sprayer is ISOBUS compatible. We have a lot of agricultural machinery and we don’t have to worry about which tractor we will connect to the sprayer. I definitely have no regrets about our choice!”

GEOCONTROL ® Realising the full potential of farming is about growing and developing your business. GEOCONTROL ® , an advanced precision farming application within the Tellus 700 and Tellus 1200 helps you to control all ISOBUS compatible machines. Section Control (SC) The Section Control makes sure that the implement’s sections will be switched on and off automatically. Setup and full operation of a Kverneland ISOBUS implement is conveniently controlled by one single application: GEOCONTROL ® Precision implement control and tractor steering on one screen. Recording of (pre-recorded) straight or curved guidance lines can be done simultaneously with the field boundary registration. Multiple lines can be stored per field. Specific configurations and settings for a tractor – implement combination can be saved in tractor profiles, which can be recalled at any time. Reduce overlap and save up to 15% on input costs with GEOCONTROL ® .

iM FARMING Calculator How much can you save with our precision farming offering?

With a Tellus 700 or Tellus 1200 and a GPS, it is possible to accurately seed, spread and spray without any overlap. The iM FARMING Calculator calculates the cost saving by using these GPS functionalities as accurately as possible.
