IXFLOW-E ® or IXFLOW ® -AIR
INCREASE QUALITY AND SAVE COSTS iXflow-E ® is the high pressure recirculation system with electric nozzle control. There is a free circulation of spray liquid with a return back to the tank as spraying stops. This means there is no sedimentation in the spray lines and no dead ends for spraying or cleaning, even when the working width is only partially used. During spraying, the spray line is fed from multiple directions supplying constant pressure to each nozzle, so the operator can immediately start spraying at the set pressure. This is unique technology which is patented by Kverneland.
For Increased Crop Quality and Cost Savings iXflow-E ® is available on the iXtrack T sprayer range in combination with the the HSS, HSA or HC spray booms. It is easy for the operator to program the number and size of sections in order to fit best to their requirements and field situations. The combination of GEOCONTROL ® and GPS allows the operator to reduce overlap and over dosing, to increase crop quality and save costs. All this is in combination with high flow rates, because there is no impact on the section length, no loss of pressure or an unequal flow between sections. iXflow-E ® is also fully compatible with the iXclean ® Pro automatic cleaning system. Rest liquid is sprayed in the field automatically, resulting in a low volume of rest liquid in the sprayer and spot contamination at the farm or in the field is avoided. Precise and Reliable The Kverneland iXflow-E ® electrical ball valve features a robust, electric and stainless steel ball valve, that is very reliable compared to solenoid or plunger valves. Without any wearing parts and the self-cleaning-effect the ball valve stands out in reliability. The ball valve temporarily utilises an extremely low amount of power and provides a high capacity flow in a compact valve design. Kverneland’s electrical valves are CANbus/ISOBUS compatible for Section Control (nozzle by nozzle) or for spot spraying. iXflow ® recirculation is also available as iXflow ® -Air with air operated nozzles with a maximum of 15 sections. Air pressure supply can come from the air brake system.
