The XHD range
XHD+ CARBIDE POINT Protected with 14 premium grade tungsten carbide tiles. 4 corner tiles along the leading edge, 3 rows of tiles on the surface and 1 row of tiles on the outer edge. XHD+ CARBIDE 16” & 18” SHARE Protected with 19 or 22 premium grade tungsten carbide corner tiles along the leading edge. The shares are designed to be a seamless link between the point and mouldboard to ensure a smooth flow of soil.
XHD CARBIDE POINT Protected with 5 premium grade tungsten carbide tiles. 3 corner tiles along the leading edge and 2 tiles placed on the upper side of the point. The point has a special shape to ensure a very good soil penetration. XHD CARBIDE 16” & 18” SHARE Protected with 17 or 20 premium grade tungsten carbide corner tiles. Tiles are located along the full leading edge of the share.
XHD CARBIDE LONG & SHORT LANDSIDE Protected with 8 or 10 premium grade tungsten carbide tiles. Divided into 5 or 7 evenly spaced columns, all tiles are countersunk and specially angled to give the landside maximum protection.
XHD CARBIDE SHIN PIECE Protected with 11 premium grade tungsten carbide corner tiles, located on vertical leading edge to protect the base of the mouldboard. XHD CARBIDE SKIMMER SHARE Protected with tungsten carbide tiles and PTA (plasma transferred arc) hard facing. 11 premium grade tungsten carbide corner tiles along the leading edge, and a strip of PTA on the vertical edge.
