Variable rate control with an u-drill can be done via an application map, where in combination with GPS, the u-drill automatically changes its seed rate based on a pre-determined amount. The software, working alongside the electrically driven metering device ELDOS, controls and adjusts seed rates for specific areas efficiently. When most of the seeder is within a specific zone defined by the application map, the seed rate for that zone is applied.
