FULLY INTEGRATED CONCEPT

Clean Cloth Locker A storage place for gloves, liquid soap and the hand wash tank itself are integrated in the door.

Hand Wash Tank Everything is available to keep your hands clean. Easy access to fill the tank via the opening in the cover. You can wash your hands via the hand wash tap which is integrated in the door. To prevent contamination, washing liquids can be caught in the chemical inductor. Hydrant Filling (Optional) A 2” C hydrant fill connection with anti return valve for direct filling under pressure is standard. Quick filling on the headland can be done safely and easily. The transport trailer pumps the liquid into the main tank. The booms can stay unfolded for quick resumption of the spraying process. Filling via the Suction Hose (Optional) External aspirated water is filtered first by the filter on the hose and then by the suction filter. In parallel, you can already use the chemical inductor to add and premix powders and liquid.

Fully Integrated Step The fully integrated step and handgrips allow safe access to the tank lid even on the 1800 litre tank. This ensures an easy and safe inspection.

Easily Accessible Filters Both suction and pressure filters are easy accessible for inspection and any subsequent cleaning, ensuring minimal contact with spray liquid. The high capacity suction filter with transparant housing, filters the complete flow before the liquid enters the pump. The self cleaning pressure filter prevents blocking via a continuous flow keeping the filter mesh clean. The undissolved particles are returned into the tank until they are completely dispersed. 180 Litre Clean Water Tank The sprayer can be cleaned in the field with water from the clean water tank. Easy access to fill the tank via the opening in the cover. External Washing (Optional) A cleaning kit with a 15 metre hose and a brush can be connected to the pressure side of the pump. It is allowing precleaning of the sprayer in the field, using water from the clean water tank.

High Pressure Agitation System (Optional) The intensive turbo agitation system makes the mixture quickly homogeneous. The powerful high pressure nozzles guarantee a powerful mixing which is used after filling the product or a long break. The return flow agitation system keeps the mixture homogeneous during spraying operation. It can be easily switched off manually or automatically based on a pre-set of rest volume to avoid risk of foam or when the main tank is nearly empty it reduces the volume of rest (non-sprayed) liquid.
